Learning through relationships
Because all of our work is shaped and informed by Relational Cultural Theory, we are eager to share these underlying ideas with our communities. RCT posits that we grow through relationship– we also learn through relationship. We offer facilitated workshops with the expectation that we will all learn from each other.
BCC offers continuing education in Relational-Cultural Theory for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of the barriers our relationships face today, and how to reshape our world to one of rich, connections, mutuality, and love. These workshops include an introduction to RCT, RCT in Practice, and luncheon workshops for discussion of specific RCT terms and ideas.
BCC also offers RCT-based consulting for your organization or school. We offer in-services for your staff or just problem solving toward a specific goal with a smaller number of people.
