She is an LMHCA, working with Bloomington Center for Connection to provide individual and couples counseling as well as working with groups of all ages.
Hannah strives to help individuals, children, and couples grow towards connection, clarity, and health, using skills of communication and empathy. She believes that empowering individuals to find the confidence and strength they need to form healthy relationships as well as embracing their own authenticity is at the core of the journey towards taking charge of mental health. She works to break down the stigma of mental health services. Hannah uses Relational Cultural Therapy to embrace cultural context, honoring marginalized people’s experience and working against oppressive practices.
Hannah enjoys incorporating aspects of art therapy, writing, bibliotherapy, play therapy,
movement, and mindfulness therapy in her work. She is available to work with LGBTQAI+ kids and adults. She is sex positive and works to create a safe space for open and honest communication with her clients. She also enjoys being outside and playing many board games as well as RPGs (such as Dungeons and Dragons) and enjoys bringing these interests into her group work as well. Outside of counseling she enjoys a good cup of coffee, camping, yoga, long road trips and getting lost in thought.
Hannah has a playful approach with people age 7 and up, including Relational Couples Therapy. Reserve an intake with Hannah in our sidebar or call 8126692227
