Nora offers collaborative and empowering therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, she earned her degree from Indiana University in 2023. She is thrilled to continue growing and learning at the Bloomington Center for Connection.
Nora’s background in crisis intervention and advocacy for survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and stalking has shaped her commitment to dismantling oppressive systems. Her trauma-responsive approach emphasizes warm, authentic connections, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and heal. Known for her sense of humor and easygoing style, Nora has a knack for putting people at ease, making even the toughest conversations feel approachable.
Drawing on mindfulness, self-compassion, emotion-focused therapy, and RCT, Nora helps create meaningful change. She believes that human growth is rooted in connection and works to support individuals in fostering relationships with themselves, others, their communities, and the natural world. Nora works with ages 8 and up.
When she’s not working, Nora loves reading and talking about books with friends. She can be found cooking, baking, seeing live music, camping, and thrift shopping.
